Returns & Exchange Policy

The Timezone Watches Ltd is dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction and enjoyment with your watch purchase. We offer a hassle-free, 7-day return policy to accommodate your needs promptly and efficiently.

For any unworn, undamaged product with the non-removable tag or wrapping still attached, we offer an exchange or a full refund (Net Amount Credited) based on the original payment method. Please return all items in the same condition, with accessories, to the original point of sale.

Refunds will be processed after inspection by our experts within 10 business days. If you paid for your watch via trade-in, or wish to exchange the watch, The Timezone Watches Ltd will provide store credit. If your purchase was made using Card, Bank Transfer or Cash, refunds will be issued in the form of Bank Transfer.

Please note, we cannot accept returns for personalized or engraved items, damaged, or worn products. In such cases, a restocking fee may apply or the item may be rejected.
